Wendy brings extensive experience in client relationship management, strategic partnerships, and business development. She has worked closely with senior stakeholders across corporate, government and not-for-profit organisations, building relationships grounded in trust, responsiveness, and a clear understanding of client needs.
Her strength lies in staying close to clients, identifying what matters to them and working collaboratively across teams to ensure expectations are understood, issues are addressed early, and opportunities to add further value are recognised.
Wendy has held senior relationship, sales and partnership roles across leadership development, media and professional services. Most recently, she worked with Women & Leadership Australia, partnering with corporate and government organisations to develop leadership pathways.
Her earlier career includes roles with News Corp Australia, Nova Entertainment, Nine Entertainment Co, Audience360 and the Australian Institute of Management, where she developed strong experience in account management, stakeholder engagement and building long-term commercial relationships.
As Client Success Manager, Wendy works closely with SMG clients throughout their relationship with the firm. She provides a consistent point of contact, stays connected to client priorities and works across the SMG team to support a responsive and seamless experience.
Her focus is on strengthening relationships, understanding how client needs are changing and ensuring each engagement continues to deliver value. Wendy’s practical, collaborative approach helps turn strong client relationships into enduring partnerships.
I treasure spending time with my husband and four boys. I love to travel and explore new places. I love going to the theatre and musicals and enjoy watching sporting games, especially Rugby Union and the Cricket.
